Spotify has officially released its free BlackBerry app making its music streaming service available to owners of all suitable phones.

Compatible BlackBerry phones include the Bold 9780, Bold 9700, Curve 9300, Bold 9000 and Curve 8520. At preset the app only supports models which are running on GSM networks – CDMA-network phones and the Torch 9800 are not compatible with the service as yet.

Anyone with a compatible phone can download the app from BlackBerry App World and as with all Spotify’s mobile apps, you’ll need a Premium subscription to stream and save tracks to your BlackBerry.
