Here is a third series of Video Clips from IFA 2006 of brands that caught our interest, including Cubo, Hannspree, Harman International , Pioneer, Tivoli Audio, and Yamaha.

As you will see, for IFA 2006 we decided, for a change of pace, to take you on a tour of the stands without the interviews and products presentations, that you may be used to in our other Special Video Reports done at major events, for a relaxing-sit-back-and-visit-tour. These will be complemented with more details in the News articles of the products over the coming weeks.

First let’s take a visit of the Tivoli Audio stand where you will see their renowned radios with a “retro” look in all sizes and formats, with colors ranging from the “classics” to pink and purple as well as their iSongBook and new iYiYi Hi-Fi Stereo System for iPod.

Don’t miss seeing the new “fun”, yet quality radios named Cubo, for their cubic design, from Sonoro Audio. The nicely lacquered finished radio includes a CD player, two discretely integrated speakers as well as a base speaker offering surprising performance. An additional subwoofer can be added as an option to boost further the performance.

My Style. My TV., is the slogan but it’s hard to describe the “creations” from Hannspree, but as picture is worth a thousand words, and a video clip a million, just sit back and enjoy seeing how they have integrated their LCD TVs into basketballs, footballs, fire trucks, your favorite fruit, almost any animal you can imagine… and much more, and with vivid colors in the superb designs, while admiring the larger flat screens and all the product line that this Taiwanese manufacturer has on offer.

The word for Harman International can only be “huge” as you will see with a mega+ stand, offering an accent on innovation too with numerous new products on show. With so much to see, we focused on the multimedia products with “space-ship” design speakers for your PC, the iPod docks and with a close-up look at the recently launched Home Cinema Digital Lounge all-in-one system, that was presented in detail by them for the first time in our exclusive Video Clip (click HERE) at CEDIA UK a few months ago.

Pioneer clearly had a focus on their Blu-ray players as well as offering an exceptional demonstration of their EISA Award Winning PDP-5000EX Full HD Plasma. You’ll also see their Pure Malt Speaker made from whisky casks… and too much more for just one clip of the stand, so we’ll bring you the rest in more detail in coming weeks.

One of the highlights of the Yamaha stand was the new additions to the YSP Series, the YSP-900 and YSP-1100. You’ll also get a close up of the Yamaha DPX-1300 video projector. With demonstrations almost everywhere, there’s so much to see it makes you head spin, so sit back and take a quick tour with us.
