Plasma Screens
These flat, ultra thin screens, that look like they’re something out of a science fiction film, are in the process of passing from the professional market to that of the general public. These beautiful glass slabs, filled with gas in a plasma state, are surely the televisions of the year 2000, but we’ll still have to wait some time before we see them in everyone’s home. With time, their price, currently prohibitive, will drop a little. Exempt of any distortion, they are particularly well adapted to computer signals, and thus to Home Cinema.
