Many powered speakers designed to sit on a desk next to your PC like to be unobtrusive, but not so the Klipsch ProMedia Ultra 2.0.

The company claims the mini two-way speaker is ‘more powerful than anything in its price range’. It sits 10.5in tall and includes a brace of magnetically shielded 2.5in fibre-composite cone mid/bass drivers and a 1in metallised polymer tweeter. An exclusive Klipsch MicroTractrix horn is coupled to the tweeter to help deliver additional clarity.

Each speaker has its own Class D amplifier offering 15 watts of power (30 watts total) and one of the speakers hosts a bass level control along with the main volume, a headphone jack and an auxiliary input jack for attaching an MP3 player.
