The House of Marley has unveiled its first headphone and speaker dock range.
The company which represents the family of Bob Marley says that it hopes The House of Marley will embody the reggae icon’s ‘values of equality, unity, authenticity, sustainability and charity’.
The headphones, made in collaboration with US firm HoMedics, form part of a wide range of products that forms the Jammin’, Freedom and Destiny ranges, which includes headphones, iPod docks, speaker systems and names like Exodus and Stir It Up. All claim eco credentials with recyclable materials and all the ranges include wood elements.
The Jammin’ earbuds come in a variety of styles and colours, as well as offering a choice of in-ear and over-ear models. The Top Rankin’ powered speaker meanwhile, comes with an auxiliary input for connecting any audio source, and the Jammin’ Roots Rock speakerbag is a portable dock in a bag for your iPhone or iPod.
The Freedom range offers similar products with more upmarket components and prices with earbuds, headphones and iPod dock, while the Destiny range promises ‘pro-level audio components’.
