The brand new D-F109 Network Mini System combines network connectivity with high sound quality in a compact size.

The series has grown to three components with the addition of the DNP-F109 Network Audio Player, which offers network streaming to the new D-F109 as well as the older D-F107 systems. Embedded AirPlay functionality and the new generation Denon Remote App enable easy control of this stereo trio which also features DAB.

Denon’s newly developed digital power amplifier offers 2 x 65 watts and the two coaxial inputs to the CD and Network Audio Players mean no conversion of the digital signal is required – the source signal remains ‘untouched’ for better audio performance. An extra optical input connects a TV or other digital equipment.

The DNP-F109 Network Audio Player offers internet radio, online digital content or network music files via your home Wi-Fi network. The DNP also supports AirPlay to stream music directly from an iPad, iPhone or iPod touch, or from the iTunes music library on your computer. With the DLNA 1.5 compatibility, NAS devices can be accessed quickly to play your favourite tunes in improved quality. Helpfully, the analogue output makes it possible to upgrade former F107 systems or any other setup.

The DCD comes with a front USB port for connecting iDevices or other USB memory while the two-way matching SC-F109 speaker system features a 12cm woofer and a 2.5cm high-definition tweeter.

The complete system costs £900, network player system costs £750, while a CD player system costs £600 and all are available now.
