February 04, 2013 — Article

Among the first of several important Pro AV products planned for launch by Optoma Europe this year are two new WUXGA projector models; the EH7700 – 7000 Lumens WUXGA (1920 x 1200) and EH503 – 4800 Lumens WUXGA (1920 x 1200).

Optoma EH7700

Following on from the well-received EH7500, the EH7700 features five optional lenses, dual lamps for ultimate flexibility, motorised full lens shift, mechanical shutter and wired remote. The 4800 Lumen single-lamp solution offers three optional lenses and full lens shift. Both models are available in a choice of black or white versions.

Optoma ProScene projectors are all supported by an increasing number of Optoma and Calibre HQView signal processing products such as the HQView 320 and 520. Professional 3D is catered for by the 3D-XL Pro.

Optoma EW675UT

Providing the largest of images from the shortest distance of all Optoma projectors, the EW675UT provides brighter and more detailed images whilst avoiding screen shadows for settings where the maximum screen size from the shortest distance is critical. Optoma Ultra Short Throw Projection (UST) projectors are available with or without interactive capability.

The slimline ultra-mobile ML1000 weighs in at less than 1.4kg, while the ultra-compact ML550 is a super-light 0.4kg. Both projectors use state-of-the-art ‘lamp-free’ technology and promise exceptional colour fidelity, reliability and longevity. Both projectors are HD ready with native WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution and with built-in media player, native office viewer and optional wireless, they’re intended for either business or home use.
