CEDIA 2007 Expo Denver Rocks Out to Goo Goo Dolls

INDIANAPOLIS (Aug, 22 2007) —The Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA) combines home installation and rock music at the 2007 CEDIA EXPO. Lead singer John Rzeznik, guitarist Robby Takac and drummer Mike Malinin joined in 1986 to form Goo Goo Dolls, an alternative rock band. Since then the group has released eight albums and put out hit singles including “Iris,” “Name” and “Slide.”

EXPO attendees will close the evening with the electrifying sounds of the Goo Goo Dolls. The concert will be held Saturday, September 8th 10:30 p.m. in the Colorado Convention Center-Wells Fargo Theatre.

Free wristbands for the concert will be available on a first-come first serve bases at a Goo Goo Dolls kiosk located in Lobby A beginning Thursday, September 6th at noon.

“With the help of Exceptional Innovation and Microsoft, the Goo Goo Dolls will be a great celebration of a successful EXPO,” said CEDIA President Ken Smith.
