February 05, 2013 — Press release

Stewart Filmscreen Corporation, industry leader in precision projection screen technologies for the residential and commercial markets, has unveiled their latest technologies to international integrators and partners at Integrated Systems Europe 2013. New Stewart products making their European debut included: Visionary Electrimask, Mystik!, Sabre, Director’s Choice 100, and CIMA.

The new Visionary ElectriMask extends the capabilities of Stewart’s popular Visionary Electriscreen (VE) screen by incorporating masking panels to provide multiple aspect ratios. An important feature of the Visionary ElectriMask is the screen housing can be installed during rough framing. The screen fabric and masking can be retained at the factory, protected at the jobsite, and installed after construction, making the installation of the Visionary ElectriMask ideal.

Mystik! is a self-adhesive projection material designed for use in digital signage applications. Mystik! is ideal as a storefront application, as well as in other retail, personal and public venues. It can also be applied to any window or glass door to transform the surface into a transparent projection screen.

Also exhibited was Sabre, which features a stylish 1/4" beveled frame, thus, creating a sleek, edgeless appearance. Sabre comes standard in most popular architectural finishes, with custom finishes and colour matching available upon request.

The award-winning Director’s Choice 100 is an enhancement to Directors Choice and Directors Choice 2.0 systems up to 14’ wide (image width). DC-100 sports a 10" frame profile all around and 10" of depth. As an added feature, the horizontal masking on the new DC100 fully closes, protecting the screen from dust when not in use.

CIMA by Stewart Filmscreen offers screen solutions designed to deliver exceptional performance under a wide range of viewing conditions and at a competitive price. This allows more customers including home cinema enthusiasts to experience the quality and performance of a Stewart. The line offers basic screen configurations in both white (NEVE) and gray (TIBURON) screen material depending on the environment.
