Still in a prototype stage, Lars Olof-Janflod gives us a brief overview of Genelec’s Audio over IP System (GAIP) to send high quality audio over IP networks, using Audio Video Bridge (AVB) standards to be compatible and not proprietary.

The concept is to make it easy to retrofit where an IP network already exists with applications covering office, residential as well as broadcast markets.
