The Home Technology Event is the only dedicated product and training event for smart home innovation, with a growing portfolio of products and services for designers, installers, integrators and specifiers of electronic systems in the home.
With more than 80 exhibitors it promises to feature many of the latest innovations and technologies in home cinema, audio-video solutions, lighting control, structured wiring, HVAC control, blind and security systems plus the most diverse education and conference programme the industry has to offer.
There’ll be a focus on training with the HUB Theatre the venue for a series of free talks intended to inspire the industry with fresh home technology perspectives.
The programme will feature industry experts sharing their experience on working with home technology and delivering real solutions to practical problems. Dedicated sessions are planned to set the residential CI industry in the broader context of property development, interior and lighting design, architecture and electrical contracting alongside presentations which identify future opportunities for CI and AV businesses.
Brands include Loewe, SIM2, Sonos and Redline, while among the new products on display will be US firm Artison’s new Sketch, Portrait and Masterpiece discrete speaker systems, Theatron’s new media centres offering back-up for 3D Blu-rays, fibre optic HDMI from Rainbow Fish and a new waterproof learning remote from TileVision.
