Computing giant HP and Monster Cable have collaborated to produce the HP Monster range of connectivity, cleaning and power products for the UK.

The first product to hit the shelves will be the HP Monster USB 3.0 cable, which will cost £35 for both standard and micro USB connection types.

It’s designed for connecting flash drives and external hard drives to a PC, as well as digital music players, cameras and video products. HP Monster claims it exceeds USB 3.0 specs for “the fastest data transfer available”.
