Sony Goes large with the NX/LX/HX 8000 series TV’s (CES 2010)

Highlights

The monolithic design of the NX/LX/HX series are LED edge lit with a glass bezel making it look like a piece of artwork. All have a very thin profile and a swivel stand offering a great viewing range. Technologies include a 200hz refresh rate for reduced motion blur and excellent picture quality. Also included is Wi-Fi for DLNA support and integration into your home media network whilst also offering video streaming and media content from its many media partners.

The LX series is 3D capable with a built in IR transmitter to the two pairs of glasses which are used to correct the syncing needed to ensure each eye sees the correct picture frame.

Whilst the HX series include an Intelligent Picture Enhancer offering additional picture processing for higher quality noise free images.
